The terms of this "Terms of Service" document govern the relationship between you (consumer) and NGL a Peruvian company (hereinafter "NGL" or "We") with respect to your use of NGL's games, websites and related services (hereinafter the "Services" or "Service"). Your use of the Service will also be governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Before logging in, accessing or making use of the Services (including accessing a game), you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By using any Service, you warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence; or, if you are still a minor, your legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms. If you access any Service from a Social Networking Site (such as Facebook), you must comply with its terms of Service or use, in addition to these Terms of Service.
NGL applications, Services or games may contain advertising which is provided by other companies (Unity Ads, for example) and displayed on our Services. You agree that these advertisements may be displayed on the NGL Services you use.
BY ACCESSING, INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT ACCESS, INSTALL OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
NGL reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy at any time. You will be deemed to have accepted these changes if you continue to use the Service. If we make any material changes to the Terms of Service we will notify you via a notification within the Service used before the change becomes effective.
If at any time you do not agree with any part of the current version of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Service.
1. Accounts and Virtual Objects
When you log in or use any Service or game you will be prompted for a login account (or one will be automatically assigned to you). This account will identify your session and give you access to the Services and games requested.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER RIGHTS IN THE ACCOUNT AND FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL AT ALL TIMES REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF NGL.
NGL owns and has the right to use all content appearing on the Service or in NGL games. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree that you do not own any right or title in and to any content appearing on the Service including, without limitation, any products or virtual currencies appearing in or originating from any NGL game, whether earned in a game or purchased from NGL, or any other attributes associated with an Account or stored on the Service.
The following restrictions shall apply to the use of the Service:
You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors. You will be responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instrument by minors.
You will not create, sell, buy an account using false information or on behalf of anyone other than yourself; you will not use the Service or any game if you have been suspended or terminated by NGL.
2. Use and Limitations of the Services and Applications
Any use of the Service in contravention of the following Limitations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation or suspension and termination of the Service and related accounts.

To take any action that in NGL's judgment conflicts with the spirit or purpose of the Service or to make any improper use of NGL's support services.
Take any action that in NGL's judgment affects or harms the Company's Services or the experience of other users and accounts related to any NGL Service or game.
Use or participate (directly or indirectly) in the use of cheats, vulnerabilities, automation software, emulators, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third party software designed to modify or affect the Service or any NGL game.
Request or attempt to request login information or any other personal information from other users of the Service or any NGL game.
Copy, subtract or store information (names, accounts, photos, statistics) from anyone other than you.
Using any NGL game or service for betting, gambling or any similar activity in which prizes or rewards can be won (directly or indirectly).
3. Conditions of Purchase
Within the NGL Services, applications or games you may purchase "real" money Virtual Objects or virtual currencies. NGL may manage, regulate, control, modify or remove Virtual Objects or Merchandise at any time, with or without notice. NGL shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that NGL chooses to exercise these rights.
NGL may store information (virtual receipt, for example) of purchases made within the application and store them in the database for future analysis. If NGL detects any movement that in NGL's judgment is infringing or illegal, NGL may place your account or user under review which means that if an illegality is detected within the purchases made NGL will suspend or terminate the Service, accounts and related users.
4. Suspension and Termination of Service and Related Accounts
NGL MAY, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, LIMIT, SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR REMOVE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE OR ANY PART THEREOF IF YOU BREACH, OR NGL SUSPECTS THAT YOU HAVE BREACHED, ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR FOR ANY ACTUAL OR ALLEGED ILLEGAL OR IMPROPER USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU MAY LOSE YOUR USERNAME AND CHARACTER ON THE SERVICE AS A RESULT OF TERMINATION OR LIMITATION OF THE ACCOUNT, AS WELL AS ALL BENEFITS, PRIVILEGES, PROCEEDS AND ACQUIRED ITEMS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND NGL SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY SUCH LOSSES OR CONSEQUENCES.
NGL reserves the right to stop offering or providing the Service or a particular game or part of the Service at any time, in which case you will no longer be able to use the Services or games and your session (account within the Service or game) will automatically terminate. In this event, NGL shall not be obligated to make refunds, provide benefits or any other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services.
